Robert W. Lederhilger III
Robert Lederhilger, also known as Rob Lederhilger, is a systems engineer, entrepreneur, faith-based business community leader, and the founder of Kingdom Business Builders.
A builder shaped by systems, entrepreneurship, faith, and restoration.
Robert W. Lederhilger III is the founder of Kingdom Business Builders, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to encourage faith-informed business community, ethical marketplace relationships, and practical pathways for people to rebuild through work and entrepreneurship.
Professionally, Robert is a systems engineer, operations-focused technologist, and infrastructure builder. He founded SOLUENCY, where his work has included infrastructure, managed hosting, DevOps, automation, static website systems, and digital operations for small businesses and organizations.
Rob's faith-based business work began locally through Bayside Business Builders, a Bible study and business community connected to Bayside Community Church. That gathering gave him a place to encourage business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals to think about work as stewardship, service, discipleship, and integrity in the marketplace.
Kingdom Business Builders grew from that same conviction. Rob believed the vision was larger than one local Bible study: a broader nonprofit platform could help connect faith, business, mentoring, ethical relationships, and real opportunity for people who need a path forward.
Robert's personal journey through the justice system has also deepened his commitment to restoration. After going to trial while maintaining that he did not act with criminal intent, he was convicted and is now pursuing an appeal. That experience has sharpened his awareness of how difficult the system can be for individuals and families, and it has strengthened his calling to help others rebuild with dignity, responsibility, faith, and practical support.
Today, Kingdom Business Builders remains the nonprofit umbrella for this long-term vision, while Justice Restoration Foundation carries the most active public-facing restoration work in the current season.
What Rob is building toward
Ethical business
Encouraging entrepreneurs and professionals to build with clarity, responsibility, transparency, and service.
Faith-informed leadership
Helping business builders connect practical decisions to prayer, Scripture, humility, stewardship, and wisdom.
Justice restoration
Supporting pathways where people can rebuild with dignity, contribute meaningfully, and take responsible next steps.
The KBB vision began with real conversations around faith, work, and calling.
Before Kingdom Business Builders became a nonprofit, Rob helped start and lead business-focused Bible study conversations through Bayside Business Builders. Those gatherings helped form the foundation for a larger vision: a faith-informed business community that could encourage ethical leadership, marketplace discipleship, practical mentoring, and restoration-minded opportunity.
